Last date to fill and submit application form without late fee was on May 9th. As the date already passed, I will help you with the general processor for registration and application filling for the next time.Register for the exam by paying the application fee. The TS ICET application fee had to be paid in advance through online mode only. After that, you would be able to fill the application form and upload the documents. For  general category it was 650rs and 450rs for SC/ST. As far as I know the result for 2019 was also declared on June 14th.
