Actually the preparation for CAT exam 2022 should be started from the first year of the college studies but also if you have the will you can prepare within one or two years too...

CAT is an entrance exam which not only judges your aptitude but also your analytical and comprehending abilities. Since you have a lot of time to appear for CAT. I'll recommend you to start your coaching or time bound preparation in 2021. However, you should start building your vocabulary and general ability from now. You must start reading english novels and English newspaper on a regular basis and make that a habit. Trust me it'll really help you in your preparation.
