TANCET counselling 2019 for admission to MBA and MCA programmes offered by the colleges/universities of the state will be conducted by Directorate of Technical Education and Director of Collegiate Education of Tamil Nadu. The counselling process is expected to begin from July 2019. To appear for TANCET counselling, candidates need to first register online.  Shortlisted candidates need to appear in person for TANCET 2019 counselling. Post the counselling process, candidates will be allotted seats in the participating colleges.

Eligibility for counselling

Qualified TANCET 2019 exam with good rank and score

MBA - Passed bachelor’s degree with at least 50 % (45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) marks in aggregate

MCA – Graduation with at least 50% (45% for reserved categories) marks in aggregate. Candidates must have studied Mathematics at 10+2 level
