The admission in PG Course have already been started. Some of the private colleges have already released their forms and closing date has also passed. But some of the govt colleges are yet to release their forms.
Colleges that will release their forms are -
1. Delhi University, Delhi
2. Indraprastha University, Delhi
3. Punjabi University, Punjab

It would be nice to know from where you are and in which field you are planning to apply for then I could suggest you better.
