I think the question is incomplete as you've not mentioned the college name. If you have mentioned the college you want to check the application form for BBA then it would be easy for us to reply to the question accordingly. But anyways many colleges are right now accepting candidates for admission into BBA. So, you can apply to their application forms if you like the college.
