You need to mention things like the course you're planning to do, the college you're planning to take admission in etc. then only we'll be able to give you a clear answer for that. As far the admissions are concerned then for UG courses the admissions usually start in the month of June-July depending upon the colleges. Also the fees varies according the course and college.
