If you would specify about the course you are wishing to apply to, i would be able to help you better. With only this much of question, it is a bit difficult to answer your query.
but since in you profile, you have mentioned that your interest is medicine, so i am answering on that basis.
For medical aspirants, NEET is the only entrance exam for admission to MBBS, BDS, Ayush Courses, and veterinary sciences.
The NEET Exam applications are over already so if you have not applied for it, you will have to wait till next year to apply for NEET 2020.
Other than NEET, you can go for AIIMS and JIPMER entrance exams. These provide admission to MBBS/BDS at AIIMS and JIPMER respectively.
AIIMS applications have also ended just like NEET but for JIPMER, you can apply. The applications would be available from 12th march.
