NTA releases the questions and answer keys for the test right after the exams, mostly within 5 days. But since this year the exam was conducted in two different Dates i.e 5th may and on 20th may ( specifically conducted for the students of ODISHA bcoz of cyclone FANI during the first week of May and for students in Karnataka because of delay in some trains ). 

Hence don't worry and keep a track of the official site www.ntaneet.nic.in

The answer keys can be out anytime ,As there is no official record regarding it.

Hey Aspirant !
The official website of NTA which is the conducting authority of NEET 2019 has stated that the OMR Sheets and the Answer Keys shall be released in the 4th week of May. And correspondingly, the week has already started.
So there's a high probability that the OMR sheets would be put on display on any of the coming 3-4 days.
Make sure you keep an eye upon the website to keep yourself updated.
