You can change the 10th original mark sheet and pass photo only if you're notified to do so. If only the NEET authorities have asked you to do so through a message in your registered phone number and email address; you can change the photo and mark sheet.

But you can change your category without any prior notifications. You need to open the NEET website and go through correction of category and Change it to the correct one.
