Hi,

In order to get into management field you can either do a BBA and start with your bachelors degree itself towards management or after completing the UG you can do an MBA and get into management.

If you want to do MBA, you need to finish UG with a minimum aggregate score of 50%. After that you can apply for entrance exams like CAT, XAT, NMAT, state CET exams and apply to various B Schools through these scores.
