Dear Isha, MCI will release the list of candidates eligible for security deposit refund on their official website at mcc.nic.in.  In few Universities the stray vacancy round is still in progress. The refund process will be initiated after all the rounds of MBBS/BDS counselling is over. It will be refunded to the same account that the amount was paid initially from. Please keep an eye on the official website.
