 I assume you are asking the date of release of application forms for NEET 2020. 

The tentative date for the release of application forms for NEET 2020 may be November 2019 First Week and the last date would be in November 2019 Last week. 

The correction in the application forms might be in 3rd and last week of January 2020. 

The admit card might be released in the last week of April 2020 and the exam might be in the 1st week of May 2020. 

These are tentative dates and may be changed by the NTA. Keep checking the official website for proper updates.
