Now NEET is the only entrance examination for admission inti BUMS along with Medical, Dental and other Ayush courses in India. After NEET results have beem declared, the respective colleges will declare their respective cut off marks and their onlie registration applications. Based upon the cut off, only qualified candidates can register online. There are around 31 Unani colleges across India. Few colleges release their applications before NEET results and few release their applications after NEET results.  AMU has released its online applications. So it is important to check for the colleges that you are interested in.
