The first-year academic session at Galgotia College won't begin until the results of the third round of UPSEE counselling are announced. Since the 31st of July is still away, you could anticipate that your freshman induction would begin in August and that classes will begin at the same time. Basically the first week itself, I suppose. Don't worry; they will provide you with the precise date when you are admitted.
