What course do you plan to pursue abroad? Exams for aspirants interested in pursuing different academic exams abroad are held multiple times around the year. 

It depends upon the course which you intend to pursue. For UG courses, you should be attempting SAT/ACT. for Graduate programs, you should go for GRE/GMAT.

Apart from this, you would be required to score the university required score in the English proficiency tests.
