Hy aravind.

AP PGECET Counselling will be commencing in the month of June 2019.

As it is an online process, which is conducted separately for GATE/GPAT, Engineering, and Pharmacy candidates.

The selection procedure will start with the document verification at notified centers.

The next step is web counselling in which candidates fill the choices and freeze the options

Next they'll pay the registration fees and get the admissions into the colleges.

Yes, right now it is not fixed as they're still deciding when to conduct the counselling. I'll update you once the official website posts the date
