For CBSE Class 10, all the schools in India are scheduled to start practicals from January 1, 2025. However, for schools that are winter-bound, the practicals have started a little earlier from November 5 to December 5, 2024.

These practical exams are significant as they become a part of the complete marks along with internal assessments and projects. Students need to clear the passing criteria, which involves getting at least 33% of marks in theory and practical parts to pass a subject.
