Domicile Certificate

Permanent Residence Certificate

Poor & Backward Certificate, if applicable

Children of Defence Personnel Certificate, if applicable

Certificate for Children of Permanent Residents of Paramilitary Forces and State Police Personnel serving in Jammu and Kashmir, (JKPM), if applicable

Candidates possessing outstanding proficiency in Sports (SP) issued by Secretary, J&K Sports Council must submit a Sports category certificate.
