The tentative schedule for the release of application forms was 3rd week of february.
But the forms have not been released yet. It is expected that the applications start by the beginning of the month of March and application process will continue till May.

Hello,

It is schedule to be released by the end of feburary or starting May. Form is not released yet. The application fee will be Rs. 1000/- for each course.

Eligibility is different for different courses.
