You must be aware of the fact that this year all the state board engineering colleges will take admission on the basis of the JEE mains so you need to wait until the result of JEE mains are declared.

After the Jee result ,the JCECE borad will open the application process on the official website for the state counselling ,you can apply then.

There are certian rules and regulations that are different this year in comparision to previous year.So you must be very clear to these fact.
