Hi gautham, as per official announcement from website JOSSA(Joint sear allocation authority) counselling begin from june 2019. It will end on 15 July 2019(tentatively). Students who have qualified for jee main as well as jee advance are eligible to take part in it. Hope this answer is useful to clear your dilemma.
