The security money which you submitted along with your admission fee is not at all refundable. Most of the colleges doesn't refunds it back. Well if your security money amount is a big sum then there are only some colleges which will refund you back.  Regarding your college, whether they are going to refund you or not, you will get to know about this while you join your college.
