See till now no specific tab for result has been released by NTA for NEET result. But as it was expected that NTA will release NEET 2020 result for Phase 1 and 2 today by 4:00 PM on it's official website which as given below :-

http://ntaresults.nic.in/NEET20/Result/ResultNEET.htm

So you can check it out from the above link by entering your roll number and DOB. To download the NEET result pdf, you should enter your roll number and date of birth. Also note that NTA will release the final NEET answer key 2020 along with the result.
