According to National Testing Agency (NTA) Director General, Vineet Joshi, the admit card date of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test - NEET 2020 is expected to be released 21 days prior to the date of entrance exam.

Means the admit card will be released around July 5, 2020.

Exact dates are not clear yet for the release of admit card yet .

Generally ,Neet exam card is released around 21 days before the examination date . Now, NEET examination schedule to be conducted on 26th July

So, Your admit card is expected to be released in the month of July
You need to wait for the notification from NTA for exact dates for the release of admit card
