Since the outbreak of COVID-19 and the resulting lockdown has delayed several procedures of each and every educational institution.

The dates for the release of application form may also hamper. The expected dates for the forms of postgraduation are in May 2020 but I would suggest you to keep a frequent check on the official website to be updated with the latest information.
