As some colleges don't have an entrance exam for undergraduate courses and students are selected directly by their class 12th marks whereas some colleges hold entrance exams for some given courses.

Generally most of the entrance exams in the country are held during the months of APRIL-MAY-JUNE. This is just a guess. But if you want a precise date then mention the College you're interested in and we'll get back to you.
