Hello, the top 20 percentile cutoff marks list of different boards for IITs , NITs and other CFTIs are released by JoSaa every year in the month of June. This year JoSaa will probably release the cut off lists for different boards in the 2nd week of June.

Top 20 percentile depends upon state to state according to board exam for eg if you state 10 student give board exam and top 2 considered as top 20 percentile student
