The TS ICET counselling should actually start in the 1st week of july. But the counselling process has not yet started till now, as there is no clear update from the the TS Government. Mostly they may conduct the registration process in the third week or the fourth week of July. However you can stay updated with the TS ICET Counselling 2019 dates and details by checking here:
