As per the information brochure released by UP College regarding the admission process for session 2021-22, it is clearly mentioned that tentative date for entrance examination may lie in the third week of September 2021 and till now no exact dates have been declared.

It is known that application process had already started on July 1st in online mode and ended on August 10th 2021 so now you have to wait for any further announcement but as the situations due to COVID-19 pandemic is getting under control and also the colleges are set to re-open from September 1st for offline regular classes so we can expect it by September first week.
