Currently a case was filed against tsicet regarding declining the certificates of mine and asking an equivalent degree certificate from OU  but not mentioned in the notification, so as soon as the case was closed the seats will be allotted. Mostly you will be getting after anytime on16th evening

The provisional allotment of seats will be made in the last week of July 2019 and will be placed in the official website. For downloading the candidate's provisional allotment order, they have to enter the ROC Form Number, TSICET Hall Ticket Number, Password and Date of Birth in Candidate login in the website.

This information is published earlier. But until now, there is no update on the date about the provisional seat allotment of TSICET 2019
