After your neet 2020  results are declared,
to check your results you need to visit first of all the official page i. e  ntaneet. nic. in,
after that click on neet ug results , then you need to enter your login credentials like your date of birth, your roll number etc and click on submit , after that your results will be displayed there on the screen and then you should save a copy of your result for future use.

See it was expected that NTA will release NEET 2020 result for Phase 1 and 2 today by 4:00 PM on it's official website which as given below :-

ntaneet.nic.in

But as of now it is not out yet so just wait for some time. To download the NEET result pdf, you should enter your roll number and date of birth. Also note that NTA will release the final NEET answer key 2020 along with the result.
