It was expected that the answer key will be out in January 2019 only however they have still not released it. We still have 6 days in hand for January to end and then ask the authorities about it.
Till then we can only wait for the answer sheet. You can keep checking on the official website for the answer key: http://admissions.nid.edu/NIDA2019/Default.aspx.
