IIHMs are International Institute of Hotel Management which are private institutions. IHMs are Institute of Hotel Management which are set up by Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India.

The admissions to IIHM are done through an exam called E-Chat and the fees for Delhi Campus is INR 1,98,000 per year. 

The admissions to IHMs are done through a national level exam called NCHMCT JEE, and campuses are provided based on the ranking. IHM Pusa, DIHM, IHM Faridabad are some of the central/state govt colleges located in Delhi NCR zone. The fees vary campus wise and is around INR 40,000 per semester.

Yes, you can join any of the above-mentioned colleges next year.
