Anyway,

Yes, you can get admission in bsc maths without physics & chemistry  but not in all colleges , you can get admission only in some colleges like chandigarh university etc

For example,

Physics & chemistry in 10+2 is not mandatory  for bsc Maths in chandigarh university.

To be eligible for Bsc maths in Chandigarh University, Chandigarh, you need to pass 10+2 examination with at least 50 % marks with maths as one of your subjects from any recognised  board.

In   most  of the colleges, it's mandatory to have  physics & chemistry 12th to be eligible for bsc maths

To be eligible for Bsc maths in JMI , it's mandatory to have physics & chemistry because as per its eligibility criteria to be eligible for bsc maths in JMI,  you need at least 50 % marks in aggregate of   Physics, Chemistry & Maths.
