Hello Ritika,
Yes definitely, you can get a good college in Mumbai or Pune.As there are many colleges in Mumbai and Pune which requires 75% as the minimum percentage to get admission there.As your percentage is more than the required percentage That's there are chances of getting a good college in Mumbai or Pune to you with this rank.
