The Online Reader for PDF can be used to read E-books. With an online reader like PDF Full Text, you may read an E- book right in your browser. Your computer's "Downloads" folder will contain the file containing the downloaded book.

To open the book file that has been downloaded, right-click on it and select "Open with Adobe or any other file".
