Dear Swati, NEET is an entrance examination for admission to Undergraduate courses like MBBS, BDS, BHMS, B.V.Sc, etc. However Caridiology is a Post Graduation speciality. Now if you are preparing for NEET, you will get admission to MBBS. Post MBBS, you will have to take admission to MS/MD courses. As of NMC is coming up with a bill in the next 3 years wherein Candidates will be given admission to MS/MD courses based on their MBBS Final year Marks. In such case, how it will unfold, it needs to be seen. So your first goal is to get a MBBS seat. As of now there is no Medical College in Madurai that has Cardiology as a specialisation.

You can go for specialisation like Cardiology etc in your post graduation i.e. after completing your mbbs once you clear neet . So , first get into a medical college, complete your mbbs , then qualify neet pg and then you can go for specialisation like Cardiology. Some of the medical colleges in madurai are listed below :-
