CW Background certificate is issued to the wards of those personnel who has been either been martyred, or have served the Indian national Forces during their tenure, for gettings special reservation seats offered in Delhi University admission process.

In order to avail these seats, you need to print out the cw certificate format available on the Delhi University website and then fill in the details and submit it for your application process. Additionally,a total of about 5% seats are reserved for this quota course wise and college wise specifications.
