Cartilage is a type of flexible connective tissue found in various parts of our body.It is quite softer as compared to the bones. Cartilage tissues do not have any blood vessels hence do not receive any blood supply.

The cells present in these tissues are called Chondrocytes.

Cartilage are present in following parts of our body

1. Ears and nose.

2. Joints of our body.

3. In Spine usually between vertibrates.

4. At the end of ribs in chest.

5. Airways
