If you are talking about JEE, go to https://jeemain.nic.in/jeemainresult/root/authcandwithdob.aspx or https://jeemain.nic.in/webinfo/Public/Home.aspx to check the result

Any other exams, please got to the website where you registered and applied for the exam. If the result is declared you can click on appropriate link to get the result after giving the credentials. Or else you can check the important date and proceed.
