You may view the downloaded video on your device. If your device is a phone, then check the application where all your documents are stored. And if your device is a computer or laptop, you have check in Media folder or downloads folder, if you are unable to find it there you can even type the document name on start, you may even try opening it's file location from Chrome's downloads tab.
