To be very honestly your question is incomplete and that makes it difficult for me to answer. If you would have mentioned the name of exam then I would have helped you better.

But as far as I know, if you have to submit the caste certificate in an online form they will be a space provided in which you will have to upload your certificate. If you want to know about the counselling then you will have to submit the certificate at the time of counseling in the respective college you are taking admission.
