Please mention the state where you will be taking the exam, only then I can help you with the exact answer. Some states release NMMS application online while others have offline application procedure. Candidates can obtain the form offline from the Nodal officer appointed in each state and UT. Whether candidates obtain the form online or offline, they have to submit it offline only to their respective schools. Please specify your state as NMMS is a state level exam, some states have online application procedure while for others it is completely offline. Some states the application form along with admit card are submitted to school authorities and in some states it is to be submitted to DEO. Please tell the state so that we tell you exact procedure.
