You didn't mention for what exam you want to check cutoffs. 

If it's jee say, you can either check on josaa website for the last year councelling to get an idea about the cutoffs of every round . You can also check on websites like careee360 and college pravesh.

It won't be different for other entrance exams too. The cutoffs are available on the careee360 website .
