To find out the registration number you have to go through the registration card which you got in 11th class if you didn't have the card then you can ask from your school.

The registration number of CBSE 12th is not communicated through original certificate and online CBSE class 12 result as well.

But you can find your registration number online through official link: http://cbseaff.nic.in/cbse_aff/School/FindRegno.aspx by entering the required details. On certificate you can check your serial number and other details to find your registration number.

You can find your CBSE registration number must be available on the left top-most corner on the certificate. For example, you can see in the link:

If then you also you couldn't be able to get the registration number then you can find it online on the official site of CBSE and the link for that is:
