absolutely not , whatever the exam you have passed in egineering, if you have been called for counselling then you have to visit only that centre which you have been alloted ,you just cannot  visit any centre of our choice. you have to carefully look at the time ,dates and centre, along with the required documents 

For verification you will be required to go to the particular college.

Any center from list of centeres available on the josaa document. You can visit the center nearest to your home. It is not necessary to report at the allotted clg for verification of documents. Finally when there is final reporting at the respective clg. You need to then report to the clg only.
