Most probably, the edit link for uploading the certificate in lieu of declaration will be opened after JEE Adv exam is over.

Hello vaishnavi,

You have to upload category certificate in your candidate portal after logging in there, if you havenot uploaded it at the time of registration of jee advanced and at that time they would have asked you to submit it before the deadline.

There is no link to upload the new ncl certificate  it is showing the old declaration in leu certificate
