Hello there,

Hope you're doing great. So, according to your question, you can get the Linguistic minority certificate in Karnataka in two ways 1.Offline mode and 2.Online mode.

For Offline mode-

1.Visit the nearest Nemmadi Kendra for the minority certificate application.

2.The applicant has to provide personal details, the purpose of applying for Minority Certificate, details of education, and details of the income from all sources in the application.

3.Then you have to pay 15 rupees for the application and you can note the application number for future reference.

4.After the successful verification, Tahsildar provide the certificate from online and give update through your registered mobile number.

For Online mode-

1.You have to access Karnataka Nadakacheri website.

2.In that page you have to give the number and register for the application.

3.Then you have to go to the 'NEW REQUEST' tab then 'MINORITY CERTIFICATE'

4.Then you have to fill your details in the application form like your name, address, why you need this certificate etc.

5.After completing these steps, you have to pay 15 rupees through the website's online payment service.

6.After the verification, they keep updating you through your registered mobile number.

Hello,

You can get your linguistic minority certificates by The Head of the concerned institution and countersigned by the  Block Education Officer.

You can issued from the Tahasildar as per as government orders.

Hello dear student

For linguistic minority Certificate you can apply from CSC ( common service center) of your locality or town .

I mention the document what type of document required for apply.

  • School  certificate  /School Transfer  Certificate  (for students
  • Adhar card
  • Ration card.
  • Epic.
  • Old Caste  certificate
  • Relatives  Certificate  & Genealogical tree if none of the documents available.
  • Self Declaration by the applicant before RI (Urban)
  • Any other Certificate or documents according to policy of respective state

For getting a linguistic minority certificate for a particular state  you will have to download a  form and attach it with s bond paper of particular amount. Different documents are needed in different states. After attaching necessary documents along with bond paper you need to get it stamped .
