Hello Pallavi , It depends on authority. If you are unable to attend college regularly then you have to contact with authorities and tell your reason to them.  And if it is valid then they will give you permission. Then you can do this course as alternative

In some colleges of delhi university 66 % attendence is compulsory to give exams, but some college required 50% of attendence... But mainly required 66 % or more than that....Delhi university is very strict in attendance,shortage of attendance create problem for you... So it's helpful for you when you go regular class.... Hope you will get your answer....
