Well once you have uploaded your photo be relax ,you can check the  status ,by loging in your application form.

Well they didn't tell you it is accepted or not,they just show it is submitted,if they found fault again ,they will mail you, keep checking your mail ,don't worry! they will mail you and give you enough time for correction.
